Fiber marking lasers are devices designed primarily to mark and engrave metallic materials in industry and advertising. Due to the very high concentration of energy on a very small area, it creates a very fine and clear image on stainless steel, ordinary steel, copper, brass, aluminum, other common metals and selected plastics. There are optional workspaces are 110 x 110 mm, 200 x 200 mm or 300 x 300 mm. All versions of fiber lasers have an integrated Red-dot system that allows the contour of the future label to be projected onto the object by means of a red laser beam operating in visible light.

The minimum width of the labeled line is 0.02 mm, and the velocity of the beam moved by the galvanometric head is up to 7000 mm per second at a modulation frequency of up to 80 kHz. The laser marker is equipped with a digital galvanometer, in which the laser beam deflects with a pair of mirrors. Variable lengths of the beam path are corrected by a special F-Theta lens so that the beam is optimally focused throughout the workspace. As a result, unlike CO2 laser cutting, there is no wear on mechanical parts of the device or distortion of engraved text or graphics by mechanical vibration caused by the movement of the machine head. Furthermore, the fiber laser source has an extremely long service life of up to 100,000 working hours. According to the semiconductor laser, it operates at a wavelength of 1.064 microns.

The machine is delivered as a complete machine including a control station and software. The entire control is purely digital, enabling software to change laser performance during marking. This is a prerequisite for engraving photos and other non-vector shapes. The result is very accurate and clear beam marking with a minimum diameter of 0.02 mm, ie with a resolution of up to 2.500 points per 1 square millimeter. The machine is delivered as standard with a 110 x 110 mm work table. At the customer's request, versions with a work area of ​​200 x 200 mm, 300 x 300 mm and a power output of 20 and 30 W can be delivered. For a 50 W version, the 600 x 600 mm version is also available.

All versions of fiber lasers have an integrated Red-dot system that allows the contour of the future label to be projected onto the object by means of a red laser beam operating in the visible light area. You can run the marking process yourself, both by software and by foot switch.

The fiber lasers are controlled by a very well-executed EZ-CAD program, offering a wide range of features such as input from serial port, TCP/IP protocol, automatic numbering, and bar code and QR code support. Graphics itself can be imported not only in all common vector formats, especially DXF and PLT, but bitmap formats are widely supported.
