3D UV Markering Laser with 3W power. This 3D UV Marking Laser has a power of 3W or 5W. Its working area is 150 x 150 mm and it is a fully covered machine. UV light has a very short wavelength of 355 nm and is therefore suitable for marking a wide range of hard materials - metals, glass, ceramics and hard plastics. It even achieves significantly higher fineness of marking than fiber laser, due to the size of the marker point, which has a diameter of only 0.008mm. Even the weakest source outputs are suitable for marking hard steel or glass. UV laser is the guarantee of the highest achievable quality of laser motif creation. A relative novelty is the color marking of glass and ceramics using special colors. The selection is quite wide - black, white, red, green, blue, yellow, bronze, or mix thereof. It offers application on surfaces such as car windscreens, mirror glass, laboratory equipment and laboratory glass. It can also be used for bottle decorations, wine glasses and plaques. For ceramic products it is possible to mark text and graphics onto sanitary equipment, materials for electronics, or decorate paving and tiling. 3D marking laser In the past years, our lasers have been designed to mark flat surfaces, for example, in the advertising and manufacturing industries. Using rotation axis, it was possible to mark regular rotation objects. However, there was always the same distance between the optical assembly and the tagged object. The 3D marking galvanometer head changes everything quickly. How does it work? The common galvanometer contains a pair of mirrors that by their motion control the direction and speed of the focused laser beam on a flat surface. In the 3D marking head, this pair is complemented by a sliding lens that can vary the range of the whole system to a certain extent, and hence the optimum distance between the machine head and the object. This makes it possible to mark three-dimensional objects. Everything is complemented by intuitive software for easy setup. Labeling 3D objects is not the only change that 3D head makes to the marker machine. In the past, it has been very costly to provide a machine with a larger work area than 300 x 300 mm. By restricting it was very difficult to produce a larger F-Theta lens that is required for machine operation. The 3D head, however, allows a continuous change of focusing distance, and therefore an easy construction of machines with a larger work surface. These changes have not been a long way to wait and today we are able to offer you a marker machine with an area of up to 2400 x 2400 mm. Accessories Autofocus For an extra charge, most machines can be equipped with a system to automatically find the exact optical distance between the labeled product and the machine head. This patented system greatly accelerates workflow. Rotary adapter For easy marking of rotational, e.g. cylindrical objects, the machine can be retrofitted with an automatically controlled motor rotary adapter. Marking of glasses, pipes or similar objects is possible using a rotating adapter, all around their circumference. Covered workplace In some industrial plants it is advisable to supply the entire workplace as covered. We will send you a quote for such a solution. Customized solutions Do you need to complete an existing laser production line? Do you need to design a line for marking a ceramic lamp housing?
