Covered version of a 3D desk laser marking laser. The laser has extremely broad possibilities in fast and accurate marking of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, hard plastics, stones and other materials. The price is for a 20 to 100W laser with a JPT fiber source and a working area of 130 x 130 mm. Upon request we could offer you machines with higher power output and larger working area. Operating functions are controlled from a pair of identical control panels. Fiber laser marking is extremely fast and delicate. The width of the marking line ranges from 0.02 - 0.05 mm according to the working surface used, and the marking speed is usually up to several meters per second. Nevertheless, we recommend that you consult with our specialists and, if necessary, test your material used in our showrooms before purchasing the machine. How a 3D Marking Laser Works The common galvanometer contains a pair of mirrors that by their motion control the direction and speed of the focused laser beam on a flat surface. In the 3D marking head, this pair is complemented by a sliding lens that can vary the focusing distance of the entire system to a certain extent, and hence the optimum distance from the head of the machine. This makes it possible to mark three-dimensional objects. Everything is complemented by intuitive software for easy setup. Marking 3D objects is not the only novelty that a 3D head will bring to the marker. In the past, it has been very costly to provide a larger work area than 300 x 300 mm thanks to a very difficult to manufacture F-Theta lens that is required for machine operation. However, the 3D head makes it possible to continuously change the focusing distance and therefore easily construct machines with a larger work surface. These changes bring with us the fact that today we are able to offer you a marking machine with a surface up to 1200 x 1200 mm.
