This is a desktop fiber marking laser with a 3D working head. The laser is designed for fast and accurate labeling of metallic materials in particular. However, you can also mark selected plastics, stone and others. Thanks to the 3D working head, this laser can also process objects of complex shapes.
This price is for a 20/W laser with a JPT fiber source and a 150 x 150, 200 x 200 or 300 x 300 mm working area. Upon request we could also offer machines with higher power output and larger working area.

The fiber lasers have exceptionally wide possibilities in the field of ferrous and non-ferrous metals, hard plastics and many other materials. Marking is extremely fast and delicate with it. The width of the marking line is in the range of 0.02 - 0.05 mm according to the working surface used and the marking speed that is usually up to several meters per second. Nevertheless, we recommend you to discuss with our experts and, if necessary, test your material in our showrooms before you purchase any marking machine.

How a 3D Marking Laser Works
The common galvanometer contains a pair of mirrors that by their motion control the direction and speed of the focused laser beam on a flat surface. In the 3D marking head, this pair is complemented by a sliding lens that can vary the range of the whole system to a certain extent, and hence the optimum distance between the machine head and the object. This makes it possible to mark three-dimensional objects. Everything is complemented by intuitive software for easy setup.

Labeling 3D objects is not the only change that 3D head makes to the marker machine. In the past, it has been very costly to provide a machine with a larger work area than 300 x 300 mm thanks to the very difficult to manufacture F-Theta lens that is required for machine operation. The 3D head, however, allows a continuous change of focusing distance, and therefore an easy construction of machines with a larger work surface. Thanks to this change, we are now able to offer you a marking machine with an area of up to 2400 x 2400 mm.


Accessories

Autofocus
Optionally, most machines can be equipped with a system to automatically find the exact optical distance between the machine head and the labeled product. This patented system greatly accelerates work in case of smaller series or piece orders. The function is triggered by a single button directly from the machine's control panel and its operation is fully automatic.

Rotation adapter
For easy marking of rotating objects, e.g. cylindrical, the machine can be retrofitted with an automatically controlled motor rotation adapter. Marking of glasses, tubes or similar objects is possible with the use of a rotating adapter along their entire circumference.

Covered workplace
In some industrial plants it is advisable to supply the entire workplace as covered. We can send you a quote for such a similar solution upon request.
