This machine was designed and built to handle heavy loads, while maintaining its high level of performance. The Beckoff CNC is based on the patented Lightbus. It replaces a large number of cables and I / O connectors with a single optical cable. This solution delivers not only higher performance and speed, but also increased protection against interference.

Integration of pre-programmed CAD / CAM software allows automatic NESTING. This feature not only saves time and improves cutting efficiency, but, in particular, minimizes waste and significantly reduces the cost of the entire production process.

The given price of the machine includes:

In the manufacture, the CNC machine chassis is first heated up to a temperature of 600 °C and then gradually cooled down according to a pre-set scheme in a cooling box for the period of 24 hours. Its machining is then performed with a special milling cutter with a length of 8 meters. Any welds are performed exclusively in a protective atmosphere. Thanks to this procedure, we can guarantee long duration of this machine without any mechanical deformations.

Compared to the other laser types, fiber lasers feature the highest efficiency (CO2 laser - 10%, YAG laser - 2%, fiber laser – 30~35%). Thanks to the routing of the laser beam through the optical fiber, they do not need any complex internal optics to make adjustments or any other internal moving parts. Fiber lasers thus have low operating and maintenance costs as well as very long service life of up to 80 - 100 hours. Compared to the conventional CO2 lasers, fiber lasers feature higher energy density of the laser beam (= laser beam energy concentrates on a smaller area). This ensures much narrower cuts with sharp edges for the fiber lasers. Thanks to this fact, even cutting of very fine structures is possible. Much higher cutting speed then ensures less temperature interference around the cut and minimizes possible deformations of the material due to heat.

    Description:Screw compressors, type series ORL, are designed for continuous operation with fully automatic control system of compressor operation, depending on compressed-air consumption. They are compressors with one-stage screw unit, lubricated by oil. The oil tank is integrated directly into the compressor block.     Description:Tigemma’s filtration equipment could be used in many industry sectors, like civil engineering and basically everywhere where emission reduction and environmental improvement becomes an issue. We recommend these devices to go with the fiber lasers with a worktables over 3000 x 1500 mm.
    The whole machine is made of steel sheets covered with a polyurethane two-component coating for high quality protection of all metal parts. It is constructed as a compact unit with an integrated and very well noise protected fan that provides an air flow of up to 4850 m3 per hour. For lasers with the worktable of 4000 x 2000 mm we recommend an installation of a double filtration. This solution is made possible by the modular design of all Tigemma FSD units.
    This filtration device is equipped with a fully digital control. According to pressure measurements in individual parts of the unit, the control performs regeneration of the individual filtration cartridges by pneumatic tapping. Particles released that way get collected in a tray at the bottom of the machine. Filtration units that are supplied with our lasers come mounted with filtration suitable for the needs of fiber lasers. Though, upon request we are able to design solution for other applications.
    High quality of the used filter materials allows for the cleaned air to be returned back to the room thus reducing heating costs in winter. These units comply with governmental regulations. By the amount of dust particles, this piece of equipment is classified as a small unnamed source of pollution. The user of this machine is then obliged only to notify his/her regional environmental department.
