Professional laser HS-G3015H is one of the fastest of all HSG lasers. Lightweight portal made of one-piece hard aluminium material ensures speed up to 140m/min. The laser can be equipped with laser source ranging from 1000 to 12000W made by either Raycus, IPG, Rofin or Nlight. For performance over 1000W it employs PRECITEC cutting head from ProCutter series. For performance up to 3300W it employs the cutting head made and provided by the supplier.

HSG laser machines from HS-GH series employ the combination of servomotors and the system of a rack and a pinion. Double drive of Y axis, the aforementioned system and lightweight portal ensure maximum speed of 140m/min, as well as allowed accelerated speed of 1.5 G. The high level of acceleration positively impacts processing of atypical shapes, making the actual processing speed up to 50% faster than the speed of machines from the M series with the same parameters.

The machine chassis also includes control electronics, as well as other components needed for full functionality of the laser, such as PC with necessary SW for CNC machine manipulation and operation, industrial cooling and smoke outlet. After installing the laser source, you will receive fully functional machine, ready for work.

This fiber laser delivers the energy to the cutting head via optical fiber instead of mirrors used typically in CO2 lasers. The entire optical fiber is iron-clad, ensuring the safety of people operating the machine, as well as protecting the laser itself from damage. 

The machine chassis is not to be sold separately; you can purchase it only together with the selected laser source. Our price includes not only the machine itself, but also shipping, professional installation of the machine and staff training immediately after the instalation - the training takes approx 8 hours, the second part of the training is also for free, provided approx 30 days after the machine delivery.
Customers from outside of Czech Republic receive the same benefits but they need to co-pay part of the machine delivery outside of Czech Republic borders. We strive to keep the price as low as possible and we will gladly provide estimated price of the delivery.

The given price of the machine includes:
   - transport and complete installation of the machine anywhere in Czech Republic
   - staff training lasting up to 12 hours (first part happens immediately after machine delivery, lasts approx 8 hours, the second part of the training happens approx 30 days after the machine installation)
   - technical support in Czech or English language
 
 The process of making the machine chassis
In the manufacture, the CNC machine chassis is first heated up to a temperature of 600 °C and then gradually cooled down according to a pre-set scheme in a cooling box for the period of 24 hours. Its machining is then performed with a special milling cutter with a length of 8 meters. Any welds are performed exclusively in a protective atmosphere. Thanks to this procedure, we can guarantee long duration of this machine without any mechanical deformations.
Compared to the other laser types, fiber lasers feature the highest efficiency (CO2 laser - 10%, YAG laser - 2%, fiber laser – 30~35%). Thanks to the routing of the laser beam through the optical fiber, they do not need any complex internal optics to make adjustments or any other internal moving parts. Fiber lasers thus have low operating and maintenance costs as well as very long service life of up to 80 - 100 hours. Compared to the conventional CO2 lasers, fiber lasers feature higher energy density of the laser beam (= laser beam energy concentrates on a smaller area). This ensures much narrower cuts with sharp edges for the fiber lasers. Thanks to this fact, even cutting of very fine structures is possible. Much higher cutting speed then ensures less temperature interference around the cut and minimizes possible deformations of the material due to heat.

    Description:Screw compressors, type series ORL, are designed for continuous operation with fully automatic control system of compressor operation, depending on compressed-air consumption. They are compressors with one-stage screw unit, lubricated by oil. The oil tank is integrated directly into the compressor block.
