Economical fiber laser made by the company HSG Laser for cutting steel and stainless-steel sheets. It has open table with work space of 2500x1300 mm. The chassis can be fitted with laser sources with max. power of 500 W. HS-F series machines use stepper motors and toothed belts to transfer driving force. Despite their simple design, these machines reach repeated accuracy of 0.1 mm, maximum acceleration speed of 0.2 G and movement speed of 20 m/min. Thanks to the very favourable price/performance ratio, these machines can also be deployed in small companies. The machine chassis also includes control electronics and other components necessary for the laser operation, such as a control PC, SW, cooling, combustion-gas exhaust, etc. After fitting the laser source, you will get a completely functional and ready-to-use machine. The sliding work-table cover allows easy material loading and removing of finished burnouts. The machine chassis is not to be sold separately, but only with the selected laser source. Cutting-speed values of individual laser sources and their suitability for various materials can be found in the Downloads tab. The price of this fibre laser includes: - a complete and ready-to-use CNC machine - industrial water cooling - equipment for combustion-gas exhaust - a control PC, including any necessary SW to control the CNC machine - transport and installation of the machine within the Czech Republic - training for machine operators and maintenance engineers - telephone support In the production, the chassis of the CNC machine is first heated up to a temperature of 600 °C and then cooled down gradually according to a pre-set scheme in the cooling box for 24 hours. Machining is then done with a special 8-meter-long milling machine. The welds are all done exclusively in the protective atmosphere. Thanks to this procedure, we can guarantee long service life for the machine, free of any mechanical deformations. Compared to other laser types, the fibre lasers feature the highest efficiency (CO2 laser - 10 %, YAG laser - 2 %, fibre laser - 30-35 %). At the same time, thanks to the laser beam guide through the optical fibre, they do not need any complex internal optics, which is demanding as to the adjustment, or any other moving internal components. Therefore, fibre lasers are cost effective in terms of their operation and service, and at the same time, they feature long service life of up to 80-100 thousand hours. Compared to some conventional CO2 lasers, the fibre lasers feature higher density of laser-beam energy (= laser-beam energy is concentrated on a smaller area). That is why the fibre lasers have much narrower cut with sharp edges. This allows accurate cutting of very fine structures. Much higher cutting speed ensures less temperature infringement near the place of cut and minimizes possible material deformations due to heat.
