Machine shipping and delivery
If the size of the purchased machine requires it to be delivered via a truck, your price quote includes its shipping and delivery anywhere in the Czech Republic. If delivered to Slovakia, the customer pays only for the part of the delivery that happens outside of borders of the Czech Republic. In case of purchase of machines that are currently in stock, we ship it from our storage facility in Úvaly near Prague. Machines ordered on demand and machines of huge size are shipped directly from customs storage. One of our technicians is always present during the machine offload.
Machine installation and completion
After shipping and delivery, the machine is offloaded to its designated place. For most machines, our company is capable of handling that via our own staff, but in rare cases (such as installation of huge machine outside of the Czech Republic), we will ask our customers to assist us with supplying manipulation technology at the installation site. Some sizeable machines are partly disassembled for shipping to prevent any damage. The machine is then assembled by a team of our capable employees, typically consisting of 1-4 technicians.
Grid and technical gas connection
Connecting the machine to the grid in safe and EU norm-compliant way is not an easy endeavor. Therefore, if needed, our electrician is present during machine installation. During that process, compressed air and other technical gas inlets are added, should the machine require it. After adding any required work liquid, the whole machine is plugged in and tested. When installing lasers, after delivery, we always check and re-calibrate optical framework.
Staff training
After machine installation comes the staff training. During the training, the operation staff gets familiar with machine operation basics, its maintenance, safety regulations and preparation of data for control. We always strive to adjust the training to our customer's needs and take into consideration the specific ways in which the customer plans to use the machine, so that the customer can start using the machine immediately. For smaller machines it is possible to install and train the operation staff within one day, but in case of bigger and more complex machines, the staff training is held later after installation during a day agreed upon by both sides.
Handover protocol description
When the handover protocol document is signed, the warranty period starts. In the document, customer chooses the type of service maintenance. By signing the customer confirms that they have received the machine, and also confirms its functionality. If the machine displays defects otherwise non-impeding its functionality, it is possible to list these in the document. The customer also confirms that they are familiar with the safety regulations and supplier's return policy, both of which are also included in the protocol. Service journal is also included in the document, containing records about performed serivce jobs.
