*Today we can mark most of the materials that are on the market. Note: Color marking stainless steel is possible through the MOPA fiber marking laser.
*PVC and chlorine-based materials cannot be cut on laser machines due to release of dangerous substances (valid for 2019).
CO2 lasers for cutting and engraving
CO2 lasers machines are primarily designed for cutting and engraving flat non-metallic material, as well as for materials on reels (e.g. textiles) and metals to some limited extent.
The CO2 lasers can cut or mark (in most cases at the same time) commonly processed materials such as plywood, paper, polystyrene, leather, leatherette, textiles, various types of insulation, filters, seals, rubber etc. The right CO2 laser could be chosen according to required working area (and therefore the possible size of the processable material) and CO2 laser performance (i.e. the possible thickness of the workable material).
Right next to doubled laser heads for production multiplication, there are many different CO2 laser accessories. There are rotary system, holders and collectors for material on reels, cameras for reading clipping marks or specified shapes, air filters, filling tubes, special heads for cutting thin carbon steels and so forth.
Fiber lasers for metal cutting
Cutting fiber lasers are primarily intended for cutting metal materials. They are suitable for cutting carbon steel, stainless steel and non-ferrous metals, including aluminum.
The right fiber laser cutter could be selected according to required size of the working surface (i.e. the size of the processable material), the laser power (i.e. the thickness of the workpiece material) and whether you require the processing of profiles or just flat metal sheets or a combination of both.
An important parameter of fiber lasers is the method of driving force transmission which determines the speed and precision of the laser head movement and acceleration. Cutting fiber lasers are available in several modifications designed to match the required way of usage. In the case of sheet metal, the machine could be ordered with an exchangeable table (i.e. the machine is working on one table and material is prepared or products collexcted on the one, regardless of the machine’s work, the tables are changed automatically upon a button is pushed).
There are more accessories to conside like a material feeder (manual or automatic, alternatively also automatic profile stackers), rotary axis for profile processing, machine cover (partial or complete with ceiling) for safe operation etc.
Marker lasers for laser marking
Marking laser machines have become an ecological standard for the industrial and advertising labeling of metallic and non-metallic materials without usage of any chemistry.
The result is a very fast and precise marking (serial numbers, logos, product designation, original protective elements, date of production, bar codes and QR codes etc.) of all types of metallic materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, non-ferrous metals, aluminum, gold, silver) and non-metallic materials such as plastics (pens, mobile covers, printed circuit boards and el. components, cables, tool handles etc.), paper (printed and clear), cardboard, textiles, leather, wood, glazed ceramics (vases, cups, pots etc.) and glass (bottles, glasses, window panes, car glass, precious stones, etc.).
The selection of a certain type is determined by the type of marked material, i.e. CO2, fiber, UV, MOPA. A relatively recent innovation is the possibility of color marking on stainless steel using a MOPA laser.
CNC milling machines and routers
CNC milling machines are designated for machining and engraving a wide range of different materials. The basic division of CNC milling machines is the application for hobby or professional usage.
CNC milling machines (CNC routers) could also be divided according to the maximum hardness of the processed material. These machines are distinguished according to the size of the working surface (size of the material to be processed), the spindle power (type of machined materials), the speed of work and the number of axes.
We are engaged in the sale of 3-, 4- or 5-axis CNC milling machines. It is also important to choose the right CNC milling software that varies greatly. We offer 4 different solutions at the moment. The most frequently processed materials with CNC milling machines are wood, artificial wood (ebalta), aluminum, steel and stainless steel.
